Your order request has been sent to our reception team. 

• Please allow 48 hours for us to process your repeat prescription request. 
• All prescriptions are checked by a vet before being dispensed. 
• If your pet hasn’t been seen recently, we may need to book a check-up to ensure their treatment is still right for them. 

We’ll let you know when your pet’s medication is ready to collect.
